Pelatihan Business Plan dengan Menggunakan Metode Business Model Canvas (BMC) Bagi Wirausaha Pemula dan UMKM di Kabupaten 50 Kota Sumatera Barat

Abstract

Business will be succsee full if they have business plan. The faculty of Mnagement provide training for new enterpreneur who just started their business. The probability of getting loose is less when they adjust the business plan. We offer material using Business Model Canvas (BMC) because it is easier to understand and apply. Therefore we hope that the new enterpreneurs are able to understand and apply the knowledge into their business. We present all the material to the owner of Small Medium Enterprise at 50 Kota West Sumatera province. In this region most of the citizen work as enterpreneur. They need more knowledge to groeth their business in the future.moreover most of the new enterpreneurship in this region have capital but they did not prepare their business well. This situation create unstable sustainable profit.
