Abstract

Appropriate insight and understanding of how to publish research in quality journals are valuable knowledge for academics. This community service aims to increase the insight and understanding of academics regarding this matter. In particular, this community service did a workshop on how to write the introduction section in manuscripts. So, it would make it appropriate for scientific publication. From the posttest results, it can be seen that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of young lecturers on how to write an introductory section on an effective publication manuscript in the field of management and business.
